For target evaluation, Phenos either uses genetically modified animals with an established phenotype, or induces a defined animal model mimicking a human disease.

We offer different routes of administration (i.v., i.p., s.c., i.m., p.o. and ALZET® Osmotic Pumps).

All procedures are based on standardized protocols and highly sophisticated tests.

Beside these patho-physiological tests in vivo a thorough histomorphologic tissue analysis can be performed.

We also offer a variety of in vitro experiments to evaluate new agents, which can eventually be used in treatment or to investigate cellular mechanisms for discovery of new molecular drug targets.
